This preset fix the higher black\white contrast between mod and standard game! Replace this file in the main folder of GTA San Andreas! Open modloader while in-game menu and make sure the mod is ON, press HOME Key to open ReShade and on the arrow in upper left corner select ReShade preset for mod or X for mod off You need this file along with the HQ mod (copy modloader folder and this Reshade preset) into PS2 mod if you want to play with PS2 graphics
